My connection seems to make some progress. The signal is getting better and stable and most of the time is in the yellow zone. But the connection is still unstable. I can at least surf a little bit but it hangs once every short while. Anything that requires a stable connection such as online game or even streaming youtube is still impossible to do. And a funny thing i encountered is when i tried to do the speedtest at speedtest.net my ip is detected as being at Pattani, Thailand. I heard somebody else recently said his P1 ip is registered as located in Singapore. Are you guys using some kind of proxy?
Anyways my case number is 632439. I know you told me to send the progress to the talktous mail and the webchat but with this kind of connection i still unable to reach neither. Hoping to hear from you soon.

she said P1 wants to offer me a FREE Wiggy prepaid wi-fi adapter to Loyal Customers like me.
but the condition is that i have to top up RM90/99(i forgot) to get the free adapter, and it'll be sent to my house the next day after i pay.
she knows all my address,name,emails.
and i was told i have to pay by credit/debit card(giving the 16 digit number) through phone.
that is when the whole conversation sounds fishy, so i told her to call me tomorrow.

DL a megaupload/rapidshare or whatever download service t.. The DL rate is 5.6kbps ( i paid 339 per month to get this speed -_-lll )

BTW, my connection was improved after you attended to my case previously. However, it's becoming unstable again yesterday, which eventhough I got the RSSI reading at -81+ with TX power 19dBm (refer to attachment), but I still can't get connected online. I'm still having serious doubt of P1 stability.
Therefore, I would like to reveal my request of the possibility to terminate my P1 package.

My line is getting more and more constant of instability again, especially during weekend (EPL time) and most of time the connection is broken even though it show green bar signal.

At least Unifi can offer 5mb line with 60GB bandwidth and 1mb cap afterward, not a bad choice...
As for the line stability i think is just on par with P1...
