Still no changes from Prolinstas website. Selangor gov says OK, JKR says OK..only some DP/MD residents make complaints on the final alignment. I think DARA is quite active with their gathering (atleast from their FB page). Maybe we can just 'tumpang' and join them. would be an easier approach. Can bring SnP if they dont trust us..haha

Went to DA just now to signoff some doc. Saw they are setting up big tent for Weekend launching of Aster Grove. Booking will be thru balloting..

After that when around DA to have a look..took some photo of an almost complete unit (not sure what project..either Fern Lane or Clover Park)..When U see the photo maybe someone can tell me. When inside a unit to have a look at the finishing..

Overall..happy with today's visit.. The overall finishing i think a lot more impressive compared to the earlier phase of SD.Much improvement..Not sure about future development. Congrats to the owner of the house I 'ambush'..maybe one of you..hehe

From the master plan it look like the location of Aster Grove is beside Willow park semi-D.its on the left site of the denai where Maple,Serissa,Willow Park are.

I saw some sort of water tank besides the balcony. Not sure what it is..was it in the design?

I saw the model house in SD DA yesterday..Corner lot got own swimming pool at ground floor..hehe.. First time see that in DSL design.

No show house mate..just the small scale model...On the quality, my phase will only be completed in August 2013 so cannot comment..But I think d quality is decent compared to other developer. I've seen better..Cahaya SPK is one of it near the vicinity if one want to make comparison. But the one I saw yesterday (Fern Lane) I can say above average, (although not the best)..

Reach DA 10.30am since my SA told me no ballot for Aster Grove only 'first come first serve' basis..When I reach only left 2 unit of DSL (paisehh..nombor both not nice..42 and 44.better dont call for launching la like this). Then got one canceled unit (unit no oklah)..decide to place booking there since only left 3 now..everything done, when outside for free food for a while.When back in around 12pm..all DSL Aster Grove sold out. 3- storey still available. SA said 2nd phase of Aster Grove will launch in 2 weeks time but 3-4% higher price..(&^&$%$#%).
