hahah...hopefully more active..I'll be camping here more often until I got my key (2013 end I supposed)..Talked to my banker just now when I went to collect my LO, she said she received a lot of application for SD project recently (maybe due to the promotion) but DA is their top sales for now..her sister also stayed in DA but bought the house during one of the early phases @ about RM270k sad.gif .....She must be laughing now

Part of it could be due to promotion to be frank. One like me would never consider buying with the current market price like now if without promotion..Most of us I think. Lot of people wanting to buy, for their own stay..but the price currently is not much to the liking..

We have to admit that price is high now..different people (with different salary) have different budget and different taste. But from my observation, current price now (in KV) is atleast 25% higher than any 'considerable' factor...so by giving back this 10-15% back to the consumer, one could put it back this property into his 'considerable' list..This is what I thought.

Yes I would.because the force is strong for me to own a landed property now since family is getting bigger.By force i mean my age and by force i mean my HM..haha.But different people have diff reason to owned a property.

But i would only consider Serissa if the promotion is ON.if not maybe have to wait other DIBS project

sometimes buyer are force to cancel booking because exceed limit of SnP signoff due to tight mortgage financing ruling set by BNM thus make them not eligible for the SD promotion (like my case). Its in the discretion of the developer to increase the price base on their market value i think (hey thats the point of business-to make money). But I was earlier offered by SD DA a complete unit (developer unit) at launching price but without any promotion or bumi discount. (I guess it was unsold unit/last minute buyer cancel unit)
