DASH in proposal. Boulevard has already started their construction up. Mah Sing has yet to start construction on their star avenue though but land valuation even for kampung baru subang has gone up extensively. Lots of hope for DA in the coming future.

this DASH has been my hope since 2 yrs back..the shorter distance to KD, the more value ppl see in DA. Anyway, distance to KD is already within acceptable timeframe right now..

Are the residents mostly family with kids? Kids mostly at what ages? I understand nearby there is Seri Cahaya school, any other notable ones?

Yeah from what i can tell most of the residences that stays in DA are more family oriented. Most of them have kids. In terms of school wise i ain't really sure though. There's an international school somewhere around kayangan heights which is not really far away. Road condition is questionable though.

I think most most buyers are young couple with kids. Seldom see uncle/auntie bought this area. Most of them have money, so invest in matured township (more expensive) for retirement or investment.

My preference for new house purchase have to be in vicinity and adequately connected to matured townships that contain variety of retail shops and eateries, establish public primary and secondary schools, outdoor recreational sites, hypermarkets, alcoholic watering holes, not high crime area. I can see DA fits some preferences.
