If their entrance/exit at Puncak Alam and Shah Alam area then will b quite a distance for Denai Alam residence rite, I thought it would be around Bukit Subang when I purchase here sad.gif

When is the target date for completion ? Mine is Opulenia which just completed a few months back. Haven't moved in yet as renovation still in progress. Likely moving in end of February.

You know, the usual. Grill + window tint + plaster ceiling + kitchen cabinets + walkin wardrobe (master) + curtains + alarm system + lighting, fan & airconditioning installation, wallpaper and adding electrical points. House also had too many windows & sliding doors so had to take out some and replace it with a wall so I had a place in the living room to hang my plasma tv ;-)

Expect to move in by 26 Feb as my Kitchen Cabinet will only be installed on the 7th. Unity Kitchen fully booked so no choice.

Out of 10 houses in my row, 6 have moved in so not too bad.

Kitchen around 11K and walkin wardroube around 5k. Material is Quartz top and melamin cabinets.

Just visited yesterday Denai Alam - Maple Terrance 3 Stories 30x80. Great design and very nice build up.

about RM 300psf
Starting price from 1.1 Million.

Investment ah... for me no lor tongue.gif for own stay I might consider

when I was there I saw quite alot visitors for inquiry and some buyers too.

Denai Alam is probably the flagship of Sime Darby and the best selling product for 2010-2011 ... all sold out easily ... but i am not sure about the latest phase of Maple Terrace ...

Most of the Malay buyers are quite rich and from well educated family ...

go back 5-6 years... smaller houses, 90% buyers are malay from middle income, many working for gomen ofis in shah alam.
the last couple of launches are bigger ones, priced much higher had more non-malay buyers. mostly goreng or not, not sure.

after 5-6 years, denai alam has no school, no shops. if buy at no discount, can goreng??
