You are right regarding the quota which explains why the non-bumi lots have been sold out so quickly. Come VP, only hardcore non-bumi will want to stay here.

went to the sales gallery and quite like maple teraces.. like KOCHIN has said, surprised that 30x80 size one many still available.. anything wrong with this place? anyone has negative input on this area/project? am looking for own stay and not for investment..

ic.. for me, i have children and i think 3 storey is ok some more with the land...  =)

thanks for the input.. i guess i am still ok with the no G&G cos' even with G&G, break in case can still be happening though.. just Maple terrace has only 1 road in... so maybe the exposure is not so great, i think? =P

the only thing is some member mentioned there is a cemetary.. not too sure if this maple terrace project is next to cemetary... "choi"!!

i thought about what you were saying.. what u mean is the population is more towards bumi right? and not becos the land is bumi reserve land right?

It has been indicated by a buyer here earlier on that there are 2nd-dary market, other races are getting the units from bumi owners here..  Bumi or not, does it matter?  All i want is a quality neigbourhood in a quiet santuary... 

cclia, the nearest phase that is 'close' by to the cemetary was the very early phases..
