the WJS service centre i been to said its becoz the car's frame wasn't properly welded in some areas thus causing the frame flexing. i noticed it happens to the current batch of persona as well.

i do suspect its the lower arms as well but to replace it is really expensive. >_<"

O2 sensor why need to change?

i don't think need to change coz all o2 sensors function are the same.

wat spring wat spring? new ori spring? or GAB springs? hehe..

the 'kruk kruk tong' sound is from the rear side.. maybe the ARB bushes kong already.. haha..

how wish i was in your position now... can get all the spare parts.. hehe..

i think pearjar's AFR is not working properly. tats why giving many issues.

by the way, can i ask if we are able to get a 'fixed' fuel regulator of a higher psi for our car? or is it the fuel regulator is 'set' for each type of car and the only way to get a higher psi is to get an Adjustable wan?

i think i overheard that these are rm15 each at the service centres... maybe not so ori?

i dunno la.. try the protonparts centre. give them a call to ask for a quote or any sc.

ahpaul/eujinee: the pic that paul showed is for CPS but meant for satria neo. noticed its the 4-1 extractor that laytiong used on his waja and the rear muffler is in the centre.

a-ei-a : go check with ur SC for the aircon blower & the fuel gauge. for the seat hook, make sure nothing is stuck inside the hook itself. i found mine stuck with a bit of plastic cover from the seat. after removing it, ok liao.

i saw one person in the automotive garage selling SARD branded FPR for RM380. wonder if its the ciplak or genuine one? how to differentiate?

nope, not suitable for campro / cps. the picture shows 1-4,2-3.

i think it comes standard to all proton cars... waja wira sure got..especially if u left ur headlight on with ur engine off and your driver doors opened.

waja got another function where if u left the keys in the ignition and open the driver door, it will keep beeping. not sure abt this function on gen2.

eastwest: get the door button/sensor checked. means the connection is loose or going to KO soon.

my driver side door sensor KO the first week after getting the car...

juz tell them the symptom and if possible change the sensor on the door. tat should help u solve it.

Added on January 3, 2010, 11:36 amu got 1 problem only : door sensor not aligned properly. i'm not sure if its adjustable (ie the sensor can be 'deeper' or 'shallower'; need to ask singchaii abt this). otherwise, juz get a piece of rubber and put on ur door that contacts with the sensor. it will make sure the sensor is less sensitive.

knock sensor not standard item. it doesn't come with car unless u installed it outside. it is a bit of a nuisance if the thunder is very loud...makes the alarm goes off.

standard waja warranty is 2+3yrs. 2 years proton n 1 year from P&O insurance. i'm not too sure abt P&O coverage but it seems P&O only covers the engine parts.
