Just back from installing/tuning safc brows.gif damn tired. takes almost 2 hours to do the wiring due to some difference with non-cps campro (according to them) and they did a lot of phone call and faxing to get it done.

Power are now rated at 119, +5 from before. But no torque on wheel since they use dastek dyno. According to them it measure bhp, meaning they push a button at certain rpm and the dyno 'brake' for a while and power is calculated. hmm.gif

But car feel lighter (maybe mental effect only) but the engine vibrating at 3++k rpm is gone. Wonder how can that happen..

And it looks really nice thumbup.gif

Will post pic and dyno later... too tired... yawn.gif

that's extremely weird of 75% max! In other words u can't get 100% performance from the piggy. Did they calibrate the TPS?

I'm curious what they set for below items:-

Sensor Type - Pressure? In (?) / Out (?)
Car select - Cylinder 4? Thr (up or down?)
Thr point - Low THR (?%) / High THR (?%)
Air Map - Low setting each rpm / High Setting eah rpm

They already done the setting and it still 75%

About the item the set... cannot see clearly as the tuner do it really quick as if he already know the setting.

ahh now I remember, there is 1 time I face the same problem as yours where I connected the Throttle Signal to Engine coolant temperature sensor (+5V). I unable to get full throttle as well.

I'm very sure the Throttle signal has been connected wrongly.

Maybe its because of the burst of power. brows.gif Anyway, shingchaii has mentioned something about jerking if the CPS didn't work.
