technician come after I reported to SKMM, after 5 min of inspection, my mother call.. ( i'm not in home ).......

technician told modem damage...

but i complained about frequent disconnection...in certain time...
but lately the connection is stable.. and after few days it will come again..

what's ur opinion? belasah itu technician? laugh.gif

then i complaint again to the person that called me previously.. and explain to her.. if my modem damaged.. how come the internet connection stable for few days, and after that the same matter occur again, and it's repeatable like that.. damn

so what I should tell SKMM.. damn..they just wasted their time for 5 min inspection.. and come out with the conclusion... my modem rosak liao.. the fact is.. ok jer...siput sedut mad.gif laugh.gif

so do mine, I can calculate, in a week, i can only online for 3 or 4 days,with each day between it i will spend my time complaining to the 100. they take my report, but tmrw, the line ok already. then technician call wanna ask problem, i say ok already, they pun close report, but not long after, dc again. shakehead.gif
yesterday the cs call me after getting my email report, and ask me did i make so many report in this week, i say yeah, more than 5 times, and all is not solve by your technician, just sudden ok, cuz ur technician so slow, i go check the box myself (kidding biggrin.gif) then he start la say can't make too many report bla bla bla... i say, then u pay me back la my money cuz i cant use anything. so how? he say, err... ok ok...kami hantar orang check area encik ye. kiss my asss

i used to haf frequent disconnection every 10-15 minutes when using it...when not using but connected, da dsl light wont turn blinkin...i tot it was TM givin poor service but its actually my modem getting faulty...change modem straight no disconnection...dun b fooled by the modem even when u can on9, try using other modem ..if stil dc den comfirm TM fault..if not might b modem problem !

really, i think ur mind same like the technician that come to my house.

after i complain, the line is good for a few days, then start to produce disconnection, and after that, the line seem pretty ok for a few days.

they come and check, and said, my modem faulty... now i'm using almost 24hours without disconnection anymore.. the person that call me, don't know what to tell me, and just said, she will check again about this issue..

i think they learn from previous experience.. but the technician should not made this conclusion all the time..

I have been making the same complain about disconnection for 4 years! already.

If you have already checked all your equipment it is definitely TM's problem. So do a check on your equipment and settings, if you don't know how then ask someone who knows to check for you. Then make the complain so the don't have anything to argue. If after complaining problem still returns then complain to MCMC tell them it's a recurring problem and making several complains to TM hasn't solved it.

Same scenario, after i complain then it's ok for a while then back again and i have been doing this for 4 years. Finally i complained to MCMC then for the next 5 months i finally had a stable connection. Then it came back i was very pissed i made another complain to MCMC.

The first time i complained to MCMC. Technician came say my router brand might not be compatible with their 'new system'. I said i can use it for 3 months no problem and also previously i used a different modem still same problem. Then he like ' saya sudah jangka kamu cakap macam itu, tapi problem ni.... cooommmplliiicateeed sangat"......BALLS!

The only thing complicated is how they are trying to come up with excuses and hiding their poor service while taking our money!! mad.gif mad.gif mad.gif

Today PC fair, Streamyx war again.
Customer complain and says screamyx slow. The promoter answer F*CK. I wonder this is a friend tease or he really meant it.

Oh shyt... Anyone has slow surfing speed these 2 days? I dunno why surfing is so slow. Downloading is ok though.

me too..since yesterday..downloading also slow,youtube won't load..i tried dl youtube video using orbit,average 4-9kbps of speed mad.gif instead of 40+kbps last time cry.gif cry.gif
