The speed from some US websites is back... Getting 170kB/s dl speed from a US anime dl site, instead of yesterday's 10kB/s.
Youtube still slow though.. |

Streamyx is the largest ISP in malaysia... 8 out of 10 home users are using streamyx. I can't believe they throttle youtube, and it's the fact before my eyes. WTH is happening to this shyt country...

Downloading torrent (8gb) with 90~110kB/s speed... seems ok....
Upload speed can reach 70kBps sometime lol... But youtube  slow! |

Youtube speed is back but not as stable as before, now ranging from 60kbps~140kbps. But surfing speed not stable...

I think most of us are affected. I am using 60.xx.xx.xx ip but RS/MU download is shit (MU since this afternoon) and surfing facebook is uber slow.
