30 minutes to load a 10 minute clip on youtube

local websites speed are ok but international damn slow..aih..

TM is now unofficially blocked p2p client from 1pm to 1am since the incident happened on 10/11/09 11.55pm until now....

not even the p2p got problem now, youtube also can't stream well (hell on earth why tm capped youtube steaming speed?)

tm act like those JLN / highway / street that limit certain vehicles (p2p; youtube) to enter (stream) at peak hour

i thought tm doing maintenance everyday to improve their service to avoid any failure; breakdown / shut down (like TNB?) but tm service getting worst than 5 years ago

more subscriber; more package to upgrade TM packages ; more maintenance; more failure breakdown & TM will gain more revenue

really? no wonder I can't download stuff day time.. but wake up the thing done...

Guys I can't connect to the internet since yesterday after I restart my modem. Anyone can clarify it's modem faulty or streamyx problem?

Have u tested to reset ur modem... it seems like ur modem having no problem. if want to confirm try to configure it to Bridge Mode and connect using dialer.
If still cant.. or u getting the error number just call up 100 .. most probally ur port having a problem ... either hang or something.
U can see the signal can go through ur modem because the modem can detect ur SNR and Line Att ... try asking TM people to RESET PORT .. if still cant .. Open a report.. and bro.. now its Holiday time.. so u need to wait.

more sad to pay for 4mbps but i never get passed 1.++mbps. check the modem status, see it is capped at 2mbps. bullshit tm. now torrent quite fast 70kbpbs to 100++kbps. i wonder if i could get my whole speed.

so far it's good, but sometimes there is frequent dc... Need to try , reset all over again, to get the best IP.. damn

If just report to TM, the customer service response time will be sloooww. Besides, most CS are just reading scripts....
