after much complaining , i finally have my problems solved. The technician asked me how long did it take to resolve this problem i said 1 month... he said if u find the right person u will get it solved fast if wrong it would be timeless.
quite ironically yesterday 2 technicians came and said my line cannot support (dumb @@)... and today 1 other technician called me and said he would change my port... now my speed = godlike... 3.5mbps local and international. |

yeah, finding the right one is important. He asks me to monitor my speed for one month and see if there is any problem. If any of you need his contact number you can get it from me.. i will pm you. politely request him to change your port maybe you can hv your problems solved easily.

Real story from Streamyx Customer Service :
thread ni dah ada dulu. memang selalu ada intake baru coz yang masuk kerja biasanya akan resign sebab tak tahan tekanan. samada diserapkan under VADS atau KELLY services. kawan aku dulu kerja under kellys, mula tu dia kena gi interview kat bangunan VADS kat Tmn Tun Dr. Ismail. pastu dia kena training kat Kellys kat jln raja chulan selama seminggu. semasa training tu kelly janji bagi alaun rm250. tapi lepas dah start keje pun tak dapat dapat alaun tu. Bila dia tanya masing masing tolak sana sini. hehehe... yang aku difahamkan kerja ne ikut shif. samada shif pagi atau petang. jadualnya pulak tak menentu. minggu ni masuk keje baru tau jadual minggu ini shif ape. antara yang member aku bagitau aku untuk dikongsi bersama ialah :- 1. minggu pertama start keje masuk dalam 50-60 orang. lepas seminggu tinggal 40 orang. lepas sebulan je tinggal dalam berbelas orang. dia kata ramai tak tahan kena tekanan dan oleh kerena kekurangan staff, walaupun dorg lom bersedia, dah kena jawap call. ape lagik, dalam blurr tu kena maki hamun dgn customer.last last tak dtg keje terus. heheh.. 2. gaji tak dibayar seperti yang diwar warkan. alaun shif malam, alaun transportation malam dan gaji tripple tuk publik holiday juga ada masa tak dimasukkan. so, selalu kena rajin check pay slip. masalahnya gaji masuk dulu kat bank, pay slip lambat. so, bila gaji masuk skali dan bank dan campur aduk dgn baki baki duit bulan lepas. satu hal pulak nak kira satu satu. tu yg ramai tk puas hati. 3. cuti tak menentu. kekadang hari isnin, selasa, kamis atau sabtu atau lain lain. takda fix cuti pada hari hari tertentu. tapi yang bagusnya ialah keje ni kalau dah abis waktu keje, tak payah bawak balik umah. kira habis kat pejabat ajela. tapi awas, jangan pepandai bertekak dengan customer ataupun mengurat dalam fon, sebab setiap perbualan anda dirakam oleh pihak admin. hehehe...
