Used to hv both iPod and iPhone as well, but later I sell the iPod coz I figured out tat both iPhone and iPod touch has same SQ, so better sell off the iPod and get the Zune HD with better SQ, also kinda special to own bring Zune HD around bcoz less ppl has it, only sold in US and Canada

Iphone is better for me....Ipod just lacked of something I need

I've chosen an ipod touch.
Why?
1) I've had a great phone, SE C902 - a proper phone with a great camera
2) Lower cost - I bought my C902 for RM1599 + ipod touch RM829(including a rubber case) which sums up to RM2428. In long run RM2.5k is definitely cheaper than the cost of an Iphone + it's monthly subscription fees.
3) u can exchange songs or vids through phone's bluetooth on the go but on Iphone, u can't...

Quite true I used to have iPod touch and SE w580 but after upgrading to iPhone hmm I can say is totally different experience hehehe
yeah monthly subscription fee might be costly but then again digi is offering quite cheap at RM50 per month or so... Won't blow your budget hehee

Well it actually depends... if you would like to have a phone capability then iPhone is better . but if u had a phone already iPod Touch will be choice.

but trust me once you upgrade to iphone you will know what I've been talking about... it is really AWESOME...

Well...the truth is...after I had got my iPhone...my mp3 player is covered with dust now.

so does my Ipod Touch.... hmm thinking to sell it off and upgrade to ipad

Iphone is a total new experience. I got my iphone last year , i couldn't even remember i had an ipod !

I find it useful to carry both with me still though, just chuck the iPod Touch into my bag when I go out. Useful for those times when you need to kill time with games, and not wanting to drain your iPhone battery.

Quite true... Since many ppl worry bout the iPhone battery but trust me it is not that bad. IPod + phone can be a solution but cannot compare to the experience of iPhone cause iPhone expecially the 3gs is pretty fast and seriously slim. Since I used to have a phone + iPod touch I can guarantee you if you can afford it go for iPhone. Some bad experience for me though cause carry too much things can be no good and for a guy when the poker are pretty much limited some gadgetsight slip and fall off this happen to my iPod touch it slip out of the pocket and hit the ground luckly I notice it else sure a gonner

iPhone with extra battery pack. You get best of both worlds in terms to carry things around. The more you carry stuff around the more you tend to lose it.
Pretty much depends on what you actually need and how your lifestyle can fit into it. I need the MP3/movie/games/backoffice stuff/internet on wifi/normal phone (3G disabled, data roaming disabled) so it can sustain quite long when I'm working outside. When I'm inside I need 3G and Internet on the go so that pretty much suits me. I choose 32GB because my MP3 is nearly half of it plus 1GB of apps, nearly 1GB of documents etc plus extra space for movies.
See how your lifestyle is and try to pick the one that suit it.
Owh yeah...that was the reason why suddenly I got converted into iPhone user since they launched 3GS

Sell off ur smart phone and grab iPhone instead Price of iPhone 3G 8gb about the same as ipod touch 3rd gen 64gb n 32gb only Go look at garage sale music and audio section there, a lot of ppl selling off their iPod touch.

Do u really know the disadvantages of iPhone? I personally used it. But I advise u take iPod touch and get cheap phone to continue making calls.

price is already a so much different. Listern to me , save your money.

I am also 3gs user before. But finally I got my iPod touch 32gs and a Nikia 5800.

I'd say carry both device, my iphone acts as the phone function and with some texting,a bit of apps, taking quick snap photos while the ipod touch when i'm doing heavy app gaming,watching clips & listening my music. I wont be worrying on my battery going out on the iphone.

cannot agree more than maxtor , with that extra 1 k i would rather grab a decent camera phone .. maybe throw in a few hundred dollars .

a digicam is way better than camera in a phone
