That's some awesome DIY's you guys have. Mine is not DIY but just making use of what I have.

I do dips using a ladder.

For squats, I use a plastic chair and a bench and some secondary/uni books to increase the height and to reduce the noise.

Sometimes I do parallel pull-ups(body horizontal to the ground) with my double-decked bed.

i used to use plastic chair too :-) haha

I wish I could do this.. make myself a DIY squat rack or power rack.. gonna save me tons of money!

Too bad I am married, and we are living in a condo (no garage/basement).. aesthetic value needs to be considered too.. otherwise my wife will masam looking at my ugly 'gym'...

get the plans for a power rack/squat rack, go to a welder and ask for a quote. you can usually get it cheaper than market price.

hi, i'm looking for anyone who wanna buy bumper plates together from china. I'm planning to set up garage gym at my house, but the price of bumper plates are too expensive. I'm buying to do weight lifting exercises.

From china side if we can buy at least 1000kg they are able to sell at $1.30 per kg only. If any1 is interested pls msg me @ cwkiat1989@hotmail.com.
I'm not selling, I need buddies to share with me to get cheaper price so I could use the saved money to buy other equipments.

That cheap? Definitely interested. Are they olympic type weights or standard? Mind pm me with the description or picture of the weights. Might take 200kg if everything is in order

Btw, the price includes shipping? Do they sell olympic barbells or other accessories?
