i go to NSC BB Plaza yesterday. Asked them to update new firmware v20. After 2 hours waiting i took back my phone and surprise!!! They change lens cover without asking them to change it. Very happy with the service. But now i cant access ovi store and weather forecast. how to reinstall the programs guys?

u cannot update firmware via NSU. but u can just go at NCC to update, it takes 1-2hours. refer to few pages back.. many our friend just go to NCC.
but only certain product code can update via NSU, why no update i dont know lah. |

Honestly... comparing N97 and Satio...
the weight wise... satio winner User funness.... N97 winner... the kinetic scrolling tops it all Support and good management or approach to problem... SATIO... i heard over the news that some where in the world they have recalled SATIO due to SOFTWARE PROBLEM.... now why didnt nokia do the same.... grrrr.... I am waiting for another phone to come out and not go for omnia hd nor satio.... |

How about audio output performance compare N97 with satio as in earphone? any one try it before? the gps of this good easy to get satelite signal?

i got a gps problem of n97 now,,,can detect the gps, v1.2 firmwire, send to the service center...might change the main board accroding the staff at zitron.hope can fix is asap. anyone experience gps fialure b4?

After updating to v4.00xx firmware, my phone can consistently detect DIGI's 3G network. Previously it kept on switching in between 3G and EDGE.
