if we want to update at NSC, do we need to backup the phone 1st? or they can do for us? must bring the warranty card?

i go to NSC BB Plaza yesterday. Asked them to update new firmware v20. After 2 hours waiting i took back my phone and surprise!!! They change lens cover without asking them to change it. Very happy with the service. But now i cant access ovi store and weather forecast. how to reinstall the programs guys?
