Can you guide me how to reformat my mass memory. If i had reformated my mass storage can i still use restore to restore all my data or i have to reinstall all over again one by one. I did it last week re-install my application one by one when my phone change a new motherboard. i try not to install any 3party application to avoid the hangs problem and only download the application from ovi.com. But seem it still hangs.


how about restoring message after reformat. only contacts, notes and calendar can restore?

Go to File Manager > choose mass memory > option > format mass memory.

oh yeah i left out messages. yes u can restore message, contacts, notes and calendar.

i think u better buy ori...just a bit of extra. u can sent to ncc if got problem. my ori already sent to ncc more than 4 times in less than 2 months. but still problem even my motherboard changed too.

I got some weird problem here, everytime after i hard reset my phone and install garmin and Ndrive gps navigation my phone can get gps signal in just few seconds, but after few times usage or restart the phone, cant get gps signal anymore....anyone know why? really headache..

this phone secondhand value very low. some seller just quote rm1k only for this phone.sad sad sad

then try sell to user in lyn le.. i think around 1500 to 1600 can deal for zitron or avaxx set..

using n86 now
a way better than n97

i have think to jump to E72.. but E72 still not stable yet.. so wait awhile more then only sell my N97 for E72..

not having any prob with my n97

i didn't face any problems also a.. just feel that the built quality of this phone really have some problem one..
1st is the mic position.. if i use left ears listen and talk while received call.. my hand sometime might block the mic then ppl cannot hear me..
2nd is the processor speed, this is a N series flagship phone.. why nokia giv it a slow processor..
3rd issue i think most of the people facing, the camera lens cover you need to be gentle to the cover in order to prevent the lens being scratch..

since your n97 have no problem can you share with us what application you installed in ur n97. if you have less application maybe it wont easily clashed or hang you phone. i think its one of the application that gone wrong and when installed it will crash our os.

urm, i am not a heavy user like most guys here, i dun use 3g for internet... some normal application from ovi... nimbuzz, photo browser, opera mini n games.. treat it as a phone, not a comp...

buy this phone 5 month ago value 2480 now only laku 1k only..sh*t

i am not a heavy user too...i just install garmin, opera mini, fring, kl traffic, and some free games. and its still hangs on the logo. i did not even install 3 party applications.
