QUOTE(seriosekitt3h @ Nov 11 2009, 05:26 PM) is there any chance one of you guys a a rider from Kuching? I'm just wondering.... road is all about keeping up average speed. a good way to train is to do interval training. go fast, then slow down to recover. on bikeradar there are quite a few articles on how to train properly. been meaning to follow it but too lazy because i do join cycling groups that have weekly rides around town on Wednesday and Friday nights and also off road weekend rides out of town... BTW, tonight I'm gonna ride around town after a month absence... i wonder how my stamina on road is now? but on road is a good way to practice high cadence cycling, going at 100+ rpm pedalling. can reach 35km/h flat in 2x5/6 gear ratio. when wanna recover just shift up front derailleur, pedal slowly, can keep up 30+km/h if its flat. or can go faster if u got the legs for it |

been over about 2 weeks since i last went into kdcf.
seems more sandy and slower to dry out. puddles of mud at a few spots. b4 this no puddles even after rain. today didnt rain at all, so i guess the trail is deteriorating in terms of water channeling . hmmm |
