QUOTE(fakhree @ Jun 21 2010, 02:06 PM) anybody know whether Gen2 CPS got discount or not? Don't have. Waja seems to be having discount lately (up to RM5k in mudah.com.my). Maybe due to new waja coming out. Some expect a discount of up to RM15k when the new waja comes out. You might want to consider this. regards,

QUOTE(fakhree @ Jun 21 2010, 04:35 PM) how much is d price range for current and expected new waja? Expected new waja will be around RM75k - 85k. One of my friends says that it is about RM90k. It looks like the current lancer with new bumper to fit the proton emblem. Current Waja CPS is about RM 57k - 60k (Manual - Auto) without discount. Hi, Don't really recommend the Hyundai Matrix as the shape is already quite outdated (it was introduced in 2002). for your budget, you can get a used Kia Rio 1.4 JB. Very nice car man, even better then myvi. Booth space is also bigger then myvi. QUOTE(marcweizer @ Jun 21 2010, 12:59 PM) hi all, Need your advice on a 2nd hand car. I'm looking at hyundai matrix 05 (A). Need advice on this as my budget is constraint at max 35k and am not into local car (due to my myvi was stolen last week ) Will need a bigger car as i will need the boot space. Appreaciate your advices. Thanks in advance This post has been edited by Drunken_Master: Jun 22 2010, 03:59 PM

I'm still driving my 1.3 1998 wira. Robust engine. Cheap parts. Not the most comfortable car, i hate to do the camber coz costs a BOMB (so i practise swapping tires instead) and intereior always break easily. but i have peace of mind when driving it. Almost 300k km. I always change the engine oil on time. Only lately need to overhaul coz engine getting heavy.

1. Brand: Any (other than Local/Korean/American cars)
2. Budget: RM150k
3. Brand New
4. Specs: Decent performance
5. Transmission: Any
6. NA or FI ?: Any
7. Type: Preferably sedan
8. Remarks: I'm looking for something sporty with decent performance, was considering Lancer GT but after hearing about the WRM, i decide to cancel it, and Civic will most probably have a replacement for it next year, so its out of the question. I now have almost no idea of what car to buy. Any and all recommendations are welcomed. Thanks.

For that price, i would rather get a Nissan Fairlady 350zx. Newer yr 2004 for around RM150k. I've read from some guys, it is the cheapest maintenance sports (not kancik cheap ok).

Pros - great handling, excellent interior, nice sporty look and its a CBU. But watch out for 2nd value, parts, bit cramp at the back and FC is not great. Go check it out, the sales persons at Bermaz PJ (mine was SIM) and I've heard Will at Ampang provides very good service.
