For proton iswara,will it hv high maintainance fee compare to other used car??

Hi, I'm still a student . Plan to buy a a used car. car price around or less than 35k, Iswara/saga/persona.

However do not have any income proof ,but i able to pay the instalment by myself until graduate. How i going to get used car loan?

P/S: I'm able to find a gurrantor

I plan to buy new Proton Saga FLX 1.3 or used Proton Saga/ Persona.
I choose local car because of nowaday the car does not much more problem alike old proton.
Otherwise, how much for the car loan rate for new and used car? and alos loans duration.
