well, its cheaper =\
14z with 4500mhd can last around 6 hours...
with hd4330, cut around 1-2 hours, perhaps?

dell mini 10v, rm 999

well, if you can wait for the newer atom, its better,
but I doubt it would sell under 1k...

benq s42 is much much better,
well, ram is easily upgradeable, and yes benq s42 is upgradeable to 4gb.
and why you say benq s42 is using lower clock? its using 2.53 ghz p8700

well, if you want to game, do consider benq s42
the g105m on that acer is one of the lowest end card from nvidia.

ram can be upgrade any time, not really a deal breaker,
as for warranty... well, can't say much.

g210m ddr3 vram on par with hd4570 ddr2 vram,
if the hd4570 is ddr3, then its better than any g210m

the main difference would be weight and warranty.

well, do you need dedicated graphic card?
dm3 would be around from 2.5k to 3.8k depending configuration, from amd neo, c2d su7300 and c2d sp9300

well, the problem is not on how big the memory, but what type of card...
even 1GB 9600m GT with ddr2 vram still lose to 256MB 9600m GT with GDDr3 vram...

in this case, studio 15 has better gpu, while dm3 have low-end card

Is there any model of HP laptop have the same spec with dell studio 15??
*
most of lower end hp <4k is using hd4330 and g105m
and others would be higher spec than studio 15, which one of it is hp dv6, p8700 and hd4650, but cost 4k++
