Call Dell technician to do for you..
Part of Premier Service what? I tried asking acer which told me to send to service centre to do it.. They dont allow us to do it on our own within warranty period. So I assume other companies would have the same policy. Warranty void if heatsink has been tampered with. |

Try calling them
Ask can you replace the thermal paste yourself or can the technician do it? |

I thought the battery will "overcharged" if we plug it in while we are using the AC adapter at the same time? It will not spoil the battery? For instance, the battery life span. |
