Dont think so you can get it. If it possible it wont be worth it... maybe it will give another 30 minute to 45 minutes of juice.

Halo all,
I was thinking if we could discuss this laptop by OS type eg. Win XP, Vista, Win 7, etc. I thinking of buying this laptop as well with Win XP as its OS, is there any issues with win XP SP2/SP3? |

No issues. I can't understand why people still want 8 years old Win XP for their new 2009 notebook. Even vista is better in XP in some cases. Don't you wanted to try something new and being a bit adventurous ?

QUOTE(8tvt @ Nov 14 2009, 02:44 PM) even using 800mhz already high performance.. but the cpu can't utilize it.. Exactly, I have done fine tuning on RAM timing using AMD Overdrive, I haven't notice much difference in anything, only WEI RAM score went up by a bit and that's ittiming also can't do much.. |

Just become an owner of K40AB with QL65, 4G ram.
I want to ask, if any one know.... While I was playing Company Of Heroes: Tales of Valor in LAN mode, suddenly my laptop become laggy and sound become cracking. After that, there a warning said ".....audio and video setting are too high...". FYI, I play COH with my friend that also have the same K40AB spec, and game setting are also the same. This problem does not occur to my friend lappy. Care to explain??? |

My GPU temperature reach max of 101'C. Average 93'C, while on COD 4. Anyone gets higher than me to beat the record?

Temperature depends on games/application you run. Some game/apps tax GPU more than others. Run FurMark, that will cook your GPU nicely

QUOTE(aiklone1314 @ Nov 14 2009, 11:07 AM) why i am using 2x2gb ram but also doesnt show at cpu z dc mode? A couple of reason one being CPU-z unable to detect your mobo properly and can't determine the exact ram configany method to confirm i am running dual channel? Your laptop don't support dual channel, but i doubt it QUOTE(sucka3 @ Nov 14 2009, 02:31 PM) i was jus wonderin guys...if gettin a performance ram will it be any difference from normal ram...since its limited to 667mhz... A bit in synthetics but not much difference towards the user... you cant really feel a 0.0001 response time...QUOTE(Najmods @ Nov 14 2009, 06:10 PM) Temperature depends on games/application you run. Run FurMark, that will cook your GPU nicely Not advisable to be done as you also may stress tiny components inside the laptop that might not withstand the heat... |
