Indeed it is slower, but I'd get more than 10k in 3DMark03 and more than 6.7k in 3DMark05 out of this puny HD 4570. This little GPU is quite a good performer, just not in latest titles.

Something like 2.4GHz is enough to handle some older titles like CnC3 that I've been playing so much on this lappy. With CPU fan at 100% the CPU won't even reach 60C anymore, even after full load and the GPU is below 80C (only reaches 80C if I run FurMark fully overclocked), a good 8-10C compared with the mobo control the fan

just download the latest driver from AMD website...

install mobility modder which u downloaded.. Disable UAC..

run the driver installation.. which normally extraction first.. after finish extracting.. quit the installtion.. open mobility modder.. browse to C:ATI:SUPPORT: so on i think... can modify..

after finish.. go to C:ATI.. into the driver folder.. run setup.. thats it..

You can download any driver, Ati driver is actually universal... i take the closest, the HD4500 driver. its actually doesn't make any difference anyway. you can download the HD4800 series for that matter. the modder will do the .inf conversion, .msi modification itself...
