No no.. what i meant is i prefer internal memory (mass memory) like n97 32GB or Innov8 16GB/8GB rather than using mmc coz mmc can easily spoil if compare to mass memory that is.. wink.gif

I also prefer mmc to internal memory... expandable wad..

Erm sometimes i remove the memory card and use card reader to transfer files into my tube when there's lots of things to copy.
Like 1 gb+ of video...

I dunno wad happened to my laptop or it's normal, when i use mass storage mode via mini usb cable the transfer rate is only 1~2mb per second instead of normal 5~7mb per second... same thing happens to my FAT32 thumbdrive, but FAT thumbdrive transfers very fast...

True.. but it seems mmc problem happens more frequently than phone.. and do note that if your format the phone the mass memory is still there intact and untouched.. at least thats what happened to my Innov8 before la IINM.. so no problem there.. besides.. we can always backup what..

I am considering this phone. Can any user here share some experience about this phone.
1) Is it slow? Does it hang a lot?
2) How goos is the camera and video?
3) Is the gps fast?
4) How is the sound quality?
5) Is it really value for our money?

Thanks. smile.gif

Hi everyone, i'm having video playing problem.  icon_question.gif
I've downloaded one video clip from youtube as .FLV file.
and converted it into mp4 format using "Any Video Converter", but then when i transfer to my tube and open.
Only has sound but no image coming out. Anyone experience this? notworthy.gif  notworthy.gif

Is that any problem when i convert to mp4 from .flv ?

My video details:
Format: video/X-HX-AVC1

Resolution: 640 x 480

Bitrate: 125 kbit/s
*
You used the wrong codec for that size. Use MPEG4 instead of H.264 for the codec and use the same .mp4 extension.

Actually 640x480 can be read. It's just that the video dimension is standard 4:3. If you still wanna 16:3, you might have to crop, full or pan scan the video. biggrin.gif

1) So far no hang for me. It seems new fw improved the stability and speed. Erm speed wise, dun expect anything like samsung's and iphone. Its abit slow for me but still bearable. This is highly subjective. U should get a hand on this phone urself.

2) Erm i havent tried taking a vid but the photos took from this camera are far from impressing me. Its a bit lousy compared to other 3.2mp phones in the market. Alot of noise and etc.

3) Erm i can get lock on under a clear sky fairly quick. For me, its okay la. U can always use a-gps if u wan faster XD

4) If u talking bout the stereo speaker, its express music wat XD, its loud and clear la. Quite good compared to alot other phones.

5) Yes. I think a touchscreen phone with this spec, this should be the cheapest available in market d.

Hahhaa but lemme remind u that all these is purely my humble opinion and view only.

agreed! so far i'm really2 satisfied using my tube. Its quite fast (128MB ram biggrin.gif ), the GPS can easily locked (coz i'm using A-GPS), sound is superb, watching movie is crystal clear, and totally value for money coz its complete package (GPS, wifi, touchscreen, accelerometer, etc).

but this is my personal opinion. different person hav different point of view. How bout u test the device at any Nokia Center, then if u feel u like it, juz grab it. icon_rolleyes.gif
