I am considering this phone. Can any user here share some experience about this phone.
1) Is it slow? Does it hang a lot?
2) How goos is the camera and video?
3) Is the gps fast?
4) How is the sound quality?
5) Is it really value for our money?

How long is this phone out on the market? Saw got 5530xm and 5230 comming.
5530xm is faster right since the cpu faster but without the gps. I want to use the gamin software.

Whats the difference between a-gps and gps? a-gps u got to pay everytime u use? I like movies. What movies can u watch on it? Full or just the trailer?

If without, can still use wifi right? Only at particular location with wifi.
Camera quality, i will overlook.Dont dare to tinker with it. Saw some sample on the web, its ok. Its sharp but the color a bit off. Not so vibrant. Indoor seems good.Think the flash is stronger with this phone. Nightshot, i dont expect it to be any good cause some compact camera also not good.

How is the scrolling ? Its not like the iphone? They call it kinetic scroll. The standard photo viewer can scroll like iphone or u got to download another app?

Wow .. so fast the posting here. Last friday i was here and today i see so many posting.
Anyway no time to read so much.. so i skip.
I shop around(a bit like 2 shop only) and found the price for ori is around rm1150. I thought i read somewhere the price for ori is rm1050. So whats the price now and where u all get? I dont want to be a "water fish" .

How much full package ? Those who got around 1k is full package or not?

Nokia store sell higher price right? Whats the difference? for rm1080 is it less items in the package? How to check?

Sorry to hear that, my friend.
It took me some time considering this phone. Did compare with Nokia 5530, but i want the gamin/gps, so i went for Nokia 5800. Took some time checking out gps and a-gps on 5800. Also took me sometime to find the right seller.
Finally, i got my first smartphone.
