Anybody tried Ovi Contacts from the App Update? What is it?

i use the case for about 2 weeks
looks smart and i dont get any scratches
but now using epikcase by askarperang already

yesterday i update my firmware by press *#0000#...my current firmware is v31.0.101...anybody know any changes? hmmm...

even there's user said that is kinda hard to locked the GPS after they updating their firmware to the latest version.

so for the time being, i juz stick with V30 until Nokia relase a new firmware with lots of changes. Or perhaps they will release a kinetic scrolling features for the next firmware. hopefully~

nokia moved on liao... no care abt us anymore. They update n97 because n97 is flagship model for symbian. They be focusing on n900 next. And n900 is totally new platform liao. So wut chance u think we will get a major update?

err. If i'm not mistaken, there's annouce made by the Nokia's staff mention that they'll make a KS features available both for N97 and 5800. If they still keep their promise, rite now they should do something bout the KS thingy on 5800 as the KS features juz released yesterday for N97. But i'm not sure though how strong they hold their promise. If not, then we juz stuck at V31, and no KS on our 5800.

unless there's hacker out there willing to do something bout it.

nope.. tht was like 2 month back i think... and it says abt v2.0 for n97. They nvr actually mention anything abt 5800. I duno y u guys assume KS is coming to 5800. Even the meeting back wit nokia ppl in msia oso.. tht was even longer then 2 month ago... also promise KS.. still ntg.

Latest firmware is available via FOTA. I just treated mine. Very small file size only.

But, according to HERE (source) , it said the KS will come for both N97 and 5800. Is the source reliable?

I saw this video in utube last time. i cant find it again now tho. its basically showing the new firmware on n97. i hav no idea why they assume 5800 will get the same thing too

Tat link is misleading, they juz simply add 5800 into the article. It is actually talking about n97 getting new firmware only.

no more nokia for me after this liao.. im moving on to either htc or samsung for my nxt phone....
