MNCs with very structured Mgmt Trainee programs in a sense HAS to pay a high salary from the start. This is cos you probably won't get promoted or have any increments within the tenure of the program, which could last up to 2 years.
And Utopia, you don't need to know which bank i'm working for. (Hint: I've actually mentioned before in another thread, try finding it). Rest assured I'm not lying. So go and bang your HR manager's desk anyway. ) |

I believe this thread should be pinned for reference, I think jobstreet has the same salary reference database, but we need to pay money in order to retrive their database

i wish one day i will be headhunted!
got a friend who works with a bigger company, then he move to a smaller competitor. all of us laughing at him, say he stupid change to small company. then he said, head hunters came tohim, offer him manager post, 35% more. so he jump straight away. |
