Guys, just got my 3gs today from Sunway Pyramid. Firmware version 3.1, waited 36 days in total.

Hmm i book mine yesterday in orange mobile. Some more i took prepaid plan. It is not posible they are not taking it. I can bet my head on it. Some more there is a guy name hafiz who call me also from lowyat forum when and book yesterday. So I can bet my head on it that i book it in prepaid.

prepaid or postpaid?? prepaid instally and postpaid between 24hours. IF u change from other like Digi it takes 3days? Less than a week

do you ask them when the iphone batch coming?
coz i waited like 28 days already
but other lowyat member book from orange mobile at ampang
can get less than 3 weeks

I book with postpaid. Do I really have to wait until 24 hours? That's because I heard some says can get the service activated within an hour.

if is a new number on the spot can liao.... but usally u have to give them them less then 12 hours to activate it.

Yeah, I already got the sim card on the spot. Now waiting for activation, seems quite long to me.
Now pass 4 hours of waiting already..

today maxis called me for the 2nd time asking for the person who mail me regarding the receipt and i told them u should know..why asking me. then they said they will work things out.Lame..36 days of waiting and still no news.screw maxis

i'd like to know too

mine was activated immediately, the moment the sim was in the phone, i could call and text and use data.

finally got it!! just try my luck today without any call from them... didn't file any complain either. maybe my waiting period is mature enough or they have plenty of ready stock if you guys waited 30 days just head to Maxis Centre and dont wait for their call

Really? Maybe I opt for customized number so that's why it takes such a long time for them to activate.

it seems like most of the ppl posting here got their iphone ,maybe i should call up and screw maxis as well, its time to scold them kau kau cause last time i didn't, try to be nice to them and this is what i get from it, wait wait and wait......
