is there any MEP/Maxis Centres in Petaling Jaya that allows for Prepaid booking? I have read the previous posts that only Orange Mobile (all the way in Ampang) allows Prepaid booking. Please help!

MEP claim that he is not sure when the stock is confirm.. and he say if have stock will call me.. but now maxis centre say don have my name on it.. i am going to mad..

one is improper queue/waiting management...

two is over-reacted customer who demand for phones even before waiting period due...

30days actually meant to channel and distribute the supply evenly, and to make sure customer known, so expectation is there

but end up some who r "over-excited" keep bugging for phone, and branch has their own judgement on delivering it....

end up all the queue messed....

poor management from Maxis...yes

but same goes to some ugly customer too...

Hope you understand that there are some roadshow held at Pavilion last weekend and the sales person promise to the customer that they can get the Iphone within 2 days! If you are the customer who already book the Iphone for 2 weeks time, how would you think?

If your answer is to keep waiting for the 30-45days period, you earn my respect, and that's all.

this is totally unfair mad.gif . I booked on the same date but decided to wait until the 30days waiting period is completed before making any complains.

Btw what's was your reason that's so convincing that they decided to give you the iphone?
*
I didn't give any reason, just walk in, tell them I am here to collect the Iphone.

But before you voice out so confident, you have to know that there was a Maxis roadshow at Pavilion Last weekend which promise can give out the Iphone within 2 days! So, since you already waiting for about 20 days, why can't you get your Iphone?

Maxis seriously has the management issues when come to iPhone booking.
earlier booked one unable to get their phone fast, but another part of the world making such promotion promised to give out iphone within 2 days.

For those who have waiting for more than 30 days, the best is email to them (Maxis) and you will be taken care once their staff call you up.
Many able to get their iPhone thru this method though (at least those that I know of).

Hope it helps.

I won't really feel anything actually, because roadshows are there for a reason to attract more ppl. And I'm already on my 4th week of waiting, I still dun feel that much anxiety. It's clearly written on your receipt "30 days waiting time". So if after that you fire them then I understand la xD

It's like if you bought product A at a shop at RM60, and tomorrow you see a roadshow selling it at RM40, I think its really just your bad luck tongue.gif But anyway congratulations for your iPhone! Hopefully can get mine this week or the next biggrin.gif

i heard that maxis has been doing some sort of roadshow or promotion around for the iphone, giving them to customers on the spot. if this is true, this is really unfair to those who have paid booking fees and have to wait like ages for them.

yeah, feel like wrecking havoc on maxis for doing this to those that have been waiting rather patiently for their iphone through the procedural order-wait-collect.
