that means i can't access anything i downloaded using "Transmission"???????

I dun think you can access hfs partition while using Vista unless you use some kind of software to detect it...

Just like if you installed Ubuntu and when you want to get a file in Ubuntu using Vista, Vista cannot detect the partition lor..

well, Mac OS X can read FAT32 though...

so u need another partition in FAt32, download the files to there, and u can read with Vista and Win7...

Well, download using Transmission then just copy the file to Win drive will do lor..

Added on October 13, 2009, 2:17 pmWell, iirc OSX can also read NTFS but cannot write it, meaning that you cannot copy stuff onto it but the FAT32 can lor...so better change your partition for data with FAT32...

FAT32 have so small HDD space limit.....
the smallest movie i download is around 4GB....

at first i thought i can freely drag files from OSX to Win7 and vice versa

WD is good lor...same as SG...any brand will do lor...maybe can grab yourself a 2TB one...

1TB iirc is around RM300 plus lor...

no need to dump la ^^ jz want to gv ppl more choice ma .. lyn is always the best ^^
