Is it a must that you grab a wireless headphone? Because with that budget, I think it would be better that you grab a wired headphone.

Yellow fellow audiophiles
Im planning to buy a decent headphone my budget : rm800 max soundcard : im not sure, using my laptop its onboard soundcard realtek HD i think, however im planning to get a decent rig with a good sound card. usage : music!! (especially clarity over bass, but sometimes i prefer bass more, however i like it in between), movies too my concern : - well actually i love hearing clear, crisp, loud sound, i thought getting a decent 5.1 speaker, but due to my small house and my newborn nephew is sleeping in the house, i changed my plan to head phones. but the problem is i have night mares with head phone. they tend not to last. i have bought so many head phones (all <rm100) which wouldnt last that long. Im afraid spending of >500 and use it for few months rosak. And if anything rosak dunno where to repair somemore. -also headphone is another thing you stuck in one place (if its wired), you cannot go around as to dance to the tune, thats a major setback. - there is so many brands im confused. -if im using my laptop would it bring good music to my ears? what other factors (external soundcard?amp?) as well should i consider in my equation to get that good music? my expectations : -comfortable clear crisp bass loud sound ( i hope i could experience 7.1/5.1 in the headphone itself, im willing to throw the $$ extra miles) -reliable brand, tend to last long, warranty covered and there is support group if anything happen -if its portable, how about wireless does that sort out my problem? Before hand, thank you for reading and helping me out. much appreciation |

QUOTE(ASAP @ Apr 25 2010, 12:55 PM) I see, honestly I, myself not quite sure which one is gd bro, coz wireless headphone tends to b overpriced. Anyway, you may want to check up ALL-IT in Plaza Low Yat see whether you can find one there or not.Added on April 25, 2010, 7:05 pm QUOTE(stanley86 @ Apr 25 2010, 05:12 PM) Yellow fellow audiophiles Come grab my BeyerDynamic DT990/250 ohm Im planning to buy a decent headphone my budget : rm800 max soundcard : im not sure, using my laptop its onboard soundcard realtek HD i think, however im planning to get a decent rig with a good sound card. usage : music!!
