sure ur subline and u is really are lite user..do u count the total ur own call duration..if u say YES..
then just go direclty to celcom center and make a report about it..
coz my fren once is just like u...(if its true la u dont over limit..) so he go report it..and those celcom deduct back the charges... and after u pay the right amount..they will unbarred ur subline back.
it my case...when my first usage...i dont count my call duration...coz i believe those celcom system really reliably..but somehow those notification come so late..i actually feel a little bit weird coz already call my subline so many..but still dont get tht warning msj.. then i go report it to celcom...they said they cannot reduce the charge coz it me who do the calling..WTH

then i said..so why u make those notification system when tht system dont work properly....!!

my line also barred..but bcoz i really need to use the phone line...then i go pay la the bill.
rite now...if i do d calling...every 3 days i will call celcom operator asking about my current charge..must really careful la..
but u different la from empithree..he check it from d operators...so his bill still not sure weather obove limit or not..
coz the total bill charge checked from operator already add-up with charge for calling subline..
so..if u check it from the operator..than they said ur charge is RM200..u must deduct with ur subline call charge..which is U URSELF MUST CALCULATE IT...THose celcom people very lazy to calculate for thier customer...sohai!!
in my case...i just use my handphone to calculate the charge..we can check it from the calling timer rite..but neeed to set it properly la..
example...
when u check ur current bill from the operator..stated rm200
then call to ursubline charge = total time u do calling t ur subline
(eg:18hour = 60x18 =1080) so, 1080 x rm0.15 = rm162
SO..ur real charge is RM200 - Rm162 =RM38 ..
should take care...be alert..
currently my bill its ok..but once i hv tht problem again...sure i dont want to pay it..
dont care they blacklist or what...go to mahkamah ke apa ke..i dont care
just use my maxis number...
