Thats the celcom i'm using now. Had same problem months back. I like to call 1111 to check my minutes usage, and make sure i'm still within my range, till one day the operator told me i have 300dept, lol.. and the figures maintain for nex few weeks.
till the bill came, it's only stated there RM55+, lol.
after that incident, i never even bother to call them anymore, thats not a service at all when they cant provide accurate things.
btw i hate the 40hour talktime reduce to 20hours. i tot we all had the agreement when sign up?
yeah..tht celcom customer service cant provide accurate things at alll.my previous bill also hv problem..3g data rate charged around rm10..but i dont use any internet program in my phone..just the mms between family members (its free rite?)..i called tht service asking about this..they said mayb my phone got virus inside and bcoz tht i got charge for the 3g data usage..it always myb..its really suck...
and about 40hours talktime ...i once go to celcom tower..and complaining about tht..and they just said its not stated in the agreement paper.just stated in the promotion..so.they can do whatever they wan..celcom is very cruel...didnt inform at all to me about this plan....if im not ask them..a will not know at all.we are not always checking tht celcom website.so at least inform to the customer la..im so angry.haiya..

i subscribed to this plan bcoz thts 40hours talktime on middle of august..x sampai 1 month dh ubah jd 20hours..sohai..
