 Celcom Bill, for postpaid user

i maybe out of topic here, but i do wanna ask...i dunno here is the right place to ask or not...

i've been using celcom exec50 for the past 4 months... together with 1+5 with only 1 sub

usually i used for about rm60 to rm70... and my sub only contact me so the usual usage is about rm10...

i noticed that started from 1/09/09 it has been a change in the 1+5 that is from free 40 hours reduced to 20 hours...

that is not in my concern... what happen was... i checked my "unbilled charges" for now...

when i check it with *118# and sms BOD to 32200 it stated there that my unbilled charges is only rm50++... but when i called 1111 and speak with the operators, they told me my charge from my last billing date (in my case 3rd of everymonth) 3/9/09 is 220++...

i have the shock of my life... as i recalled, i've not used my phone that much of talking and smsing other people except my subline...

i've called them several times, 5 times to be exact to confirm that i'm not mishear things....

i asked my friend who is a senior in celcom postpaid, he called me and said when he check with *118# its only 90++ (his usual use) and i said try to contact and speak with the operator instead...

after 10 minutes, he called me with out of breath sound and said, the operator told him it was actually 400++...

i know that the system is slow in updating, but how slow is slow? 1 day, 2 days? 2 weeks? the difference is insane...

anybody have the same problem... i've lost all hope in celcom now... but i have to wait for the bill for prove...

for now:-

1. i've filed a complaint about the amount is not telly with each other.
2. i've done some calculation, that is the amount that mentioned by the operators, it close the the amount of total use for the past 4 month...
3. i've asked around (my friends who use postpaid) with only 1 reply for now (my friend above)...

that is the only solution for now... i asked the operator... what if there are numbers that i didn't call... he said i still have to pay full...and they will rebate back in the next bill, and the bill after that (depended on usage)...

today i called... again...

from the amount of 225++ in just 3 days it becomes 250++... without any serious calling... just smsing... demm...

wah...that long aa? its the same as i dont report at all... my fren sounded so easy... but he scolded those operator as he please... not my style...

i'll update if anything, they say they wanna call... i dunno

1st month charges is depend on your usage... the calculation is rm50 (for exec50) commitment fee divide by 30 or 31 days times the days u use until the next billing date...

for example...

you start using celcom 1+5 today.. 25th september... usually the next billing date is 6th of every month... so... you 1st month payment is...

50/30*12= RM20 + 5% tax + RM3 (detail billing) + extra charges (when u used over 20 ringgit over those 12 days)

that is from my understanding...correct me if i'm wrong...


but if you facing the exact same problem as i... means celcom does have problem...

how about you try to check using *118# >> 6 >> 1... and try to recheck by calling 1111 and speak with the operator and ask them about current usage... if the different is quite big (i mean not 1 or 2 ringgit, 100 to 200 ringgit) then this is celcom's problem, not individual...

i just called celcom customer service again....

the problem is because i use 1+5...

the new system starting from 1 September about reducing from free 40 hours, to 20 hours of talk time from any 1+5 numbers is still in progress of upgrading...

thus any call/sms/mms/video call made from master tu subline, or vice versa, or sub to sub.... they charge straight to bill, until the time the bill comes out then only they deduct...

wth, dont make customer susah la... it has become problematic since i can't check whether i have exceed my own usage or not... must wait until the bill comes out...

if they wanna upgrade, update, change and such, test the whole system 2 or 3 month earlier... and please inform those customer services... they all become lack of answers towards questions that they suppose to know the answer...

this what i'm talking about... they still charge you in you bill when you call or message ur 1+5 members... when the bill is out then only they deduct... wow... nicely done, i've stopped using my phone to contact any number since last week... damn... pain in the ess....

maybe you r a few lucky that didn't kena like me... my only subline, contact me ONLY... and ended with 175++... gila... after the sms that tells about the 90% thingy, i ask my subline not to contact me using celcom anymore... just to be safe...

but the resulting rm11++ is when u check thru *118# or calling the operator and talk to them urself? when i check my unbilled charges, it shows rm46++ but when calling 1111 and proceed to operator, they told me 250++...

i think they start the 1st day the new bill started... let say your bill started at 3rd of every month, that's when the call duration starts...

20 hours is not enuv... seriously... demit la like this...

i have a thought if only 2 person using the service, you can use 3 line per person... just to contact each other... means 1 person can have 60 hours free now...
