A small Malaysian company with SAP Business Object partnership specializing SAP BI, in KL.
1st month: need to study SAP material and go exam in SAP Malaysia : Salary RM1800, if fail exam oni RM500 and bye bye.
2nd and 3rd month : in house SAP BI training : Salary RM2000
4th month onwards : basic salary range RM2200-2500, decided base on 1st three month performance, + few hundred <500 bonus IF perform well in project.

Its not a permanent job, contract 1 year, contract will be review again when approach end of 1st year base on performance.. NO bonus, only small incentives quarterly.

I am fresh graduate, is this salary range and the contract worth taking???

Experience before joining: 0
Company/Industry: Local/Cooling Services
Education: Bach. Chemical Engineering
Salary: Basic RM2,300 + RM250 car allowance if u have a car (but I don't =P)
Benefits: Medical, mileage, petrol reimbursement, lots of outstation traveling.
Working hours: 8.30am-5.00pm (half-day on 2nd, 3rd and 5th Saturdays)

I actually just switched jobs from a really hopeless department in my previous company. Despite not being an MNC but rather a steady SME, the people here are friendly and outgoing, ever-willing to teach and guide you, and always getting you to tag along with them on business trips.

IT Engineers (intermediate) in US get USD10K/month, so it's 120K/year, but the taxes and accommodation are expensive..

You do not even have a firm decision on what you would want to be. Decide what you really want to do, no one here is qualified to suggest.
