Job description: Web application development (.NET),QA etc..

Company: Local Company(Outsource from US)
Industry: IT
Years in company : 3 Years
Location : Malaysia, PJ
Tenure : Permanent
Employment level : Senior
Experience before joining : 2 yr
Salary: 4.6k (Parking is given)
Benefit: medical claim(Up to 2xx per year), medical insurance, gym(U still need pay a small amount),Spec/Dental(RM200 per year), medical checkup(RM300 per year), contractual bonus 1 month, qtrly bonus(<RM2k in total)
Pro: Flexible working hrs and dress code, chance to travel to US, Middle Europe,India (Depends on ur luck)
Con: No ppl network to establish (Sales is done in US), promotion always based on chances and of course politics, rather than contribution and skillsets.
Feeling being underpaid and fed up with fingerpointing game. Thinking to go somewhere else..
