read about similar cases from overseas users. some managed to get it replaced while some failed. you can give it a try.

Guys. Just wanna ask. I just got my iPhone about 2 weeks ago. The thing is right after I got my phone I got the Paul frank rubber casing. What I realize is that today when I remove the rubber casing, there are some minor scratches at the back. How come? I've never used the phone without the rubber case before. Is the iPhone really that prone to scratches?

I just got my iphone 3GS 1 week time, I realise that my iphone's battery life is draining very fast... After i fully charged my phone, it only can use around 17 hours only. I unplug the charger at 7am and then when the battery always shown critical level (below 10%) around 10 or 11pm. Is this normal? (I'm light user and just use iphone to make call, sms and take several photo only)

1. as time goes by, the battery life will improve. i can concur with this fact due to my replacement units.

2. you are probably "excited" with your new iPhone (within the first week) and hence overworking it.

you cannot turn off your phone to charge.

not sure with regard to your scenario, but i just know as time goes by, the battery life gets better.

Some fine dust speckle must have gotten caught inside the case and the friction caused the scratch. You haf to be careful there's nothing of that sort in whatever case you're going to use otherwise there are bound to be scratches.

Before i install the application the picture size is 453x604.
After i install its become 2048x1536.

I just checked; original size of photos taken using my i3GS is indeed 2048 × 1536

i was shocked to see my phone come with 3.1 os....just got it today...and my friend got it from gardens yesterday the os is 3.0.1.....

Somehow the inventory is all 'messed' up. Some people I know got theirs later but with earlier OS.
