Do a port forward in your router, as follow:
RTSP service: UDP port 6970 to 32000, port forward to yr phone IP. You are good t go now.

I hope you know how to do it. Otherwise, I'm going to point you to this page http://portforward.com/ blush.gif

i believe the RM2399/ 2299 is the full set retail package.

Full Means:-
1) Ori BlueTooth headset
2) 4GB SD card
3) Ear phones.
4) Pouch
5) Stylus
6) CD
7) Manual
8) Phone (of course lah!)

If your price includes all the above, it's fine. The RM2050 price in KL is usually without item (1) and (2). So it's about the same. You can try to nego to exclude those items if you don't need them.

Brightstar and FMG are the same...both are original and can get support from Samsung SC.

If the price difference is negligible, i suggest you better buy in Penang. No point going to KL all the way...petrol+toll already enough to cover the difference.

hi,

Thank matrix about your info. yeah when i google for brightstar.. then i found they also authorised dealer for samsung.. really good.

RM2399 pricing offers charger, ear phone, pouch, stylus, cd, manual, phone, and samsung screen protector. some outlet +4gb SD Card.
RM2299 offer me charger, ear phone, pouch, stylus, cd, manual, phone, and 4gb SD Card.
if RM 2050 i think worth to buy.. just wait for the time to serbu KL... hehehe.. my wife org kl.

oh yeah, i forgot about the screen protector also...because it's already stuck to the phone..haha.

If your price doesn't include the Bluetooth headset+4GB memory card, then it's kinda expensive. Anyway, the 4GB card is useless...what for, at least get 8GB, otherwise waste the slot only.

Actually, no need to flash the firmware if it works fine. I think there might be new Omnia II with pre-loaded WM 6.5 soon. Just check it out.

i dunno hahaha, i just thinking my device is a failure device.that time i replace my sim card with maxis, yes i got a signal 2 bar, but it will be useless if you have 2 bar of signal because
1: power consuming(
2: i have a new device man, why i got low signal ,,,,,
3: low signal have more radiation power than full signal LOL.

after i changed it, i got good omnia with full of bar signal biggrin.gif. so its better u go b biggrin.gif

i'm a noob here n got a question. is there any difference in term of warranty between FMG and SG unit? i mean, is there parts that are not covered in the warranty for SG unit? as far as i'm concern, the only difference is i can't send my unit to service center in malaysia if i buy SG unit, is dat true??

Try to transfer not using Activesync. Use your OII as a mass storage device.

Other than that you might want to try other media player.
