Yeah, that cutting video feature is one advantage that I'd like. Maybe for other encoding I'll use that

i think i found the place to configure the h264 levels, its in formatfactory's options..gonna try it now see if it works

it works! finally..its in the options under h.264, set the level to 20 (means 2.0) then you can encode at 768 kbps..havent tried higher tho.

most programs like handbrake, super, formatfactory can produce good quality videos..just a matter of tweaking bitrate and whether u want tradeoff of higher file size over good quality or lower file size over average quality..generally higher bitrate means better quality video.

Hmm sorry to ask a noob question here (didn't follow this thread)... Im deciding over 5800 and 5530, and i see u all talking about the video codec in 5800. I see 5800 cannot play video in 640x360 (full reso) well?

And.. I played 5800 before and it's fine, but i would like kinetic scrolling in 5530, better touch screen, better processor and the new homescreen. Just a small question, anyone played 5530 in hand? How's the feeling compared with 5800? is the screen VERY small compared with 5800? I haven't try the 5530 yet... and is it responsive? video playback ok?

If can i would like a comparison thanks =)

Not very small just a little smaller compare to 5800.
5800 = 3.2"
5530 = 2.9"
