Why i cant see D.Drogba on your preferred line up? Is he still up for the 3 matches ban? Oh yeah, if he is, i dont think Sturridge would be a good sub for Drogba, because this is a Champions League match.
What we need is a player that has the technical skill, and experience playing in big matches. I would prefer Kalou, or Malouda any day. Sturridge only if it is a league match.

i did not give up on him. but to be honest, his shooting has been rather terrible lately. there is no power or accuracy in his shots anymore. his free kicks are also always hitting the wall. still, every bit in me hopes that he gains back his form and start scoring goals, providing that final assist.
COMMON LAMPS! UP THE BLUES!
@Kernkraft400: yes this is his last match ban. after this he will be on the field scoring champions league goals again. bosingwa has already served all his bans but he is out with a knee injury.
sturridge is a young lad with big character. i think he can shine.

but honestly, i will be at my 500% when Drogba is playing >.<...oh my, im saying like im a drogba fan, not a chelsea fan pula hahaha...but what the hell, i love that monster XD
Anelka will get the job done, but who's partnering him? Sturridge? really? at UCL?... how about Kalou?

I think Anelka will be deployed as a lone striker bro.
Anelka and Kalou would probably be more logical. If i were to be C. Ancelloti, I would send Studge somewhere else on loan, for him to gain experience, or give him premier league games, but playing him on field for a Champions League match is a big no. There's too much risk, as Boss Abromovich and most of us Chelsea fans would want to taste the CL trophy also.
wow. you sure are confident. i'd be happy with the 3 points regardless of the score. all i really want to see is a solid performance by the players. at the back, in the middle and up front. if we look solid, its good going back into the league this weekend.
normally we will buckle up after lost....keep faith my blues mate...
nice goal by kalou after several damn miss. really hope for better defending and save in second half. atletico is dangerous too. especially forlan and raul. really hope for a goal by deco.
