first of all,u need to read the Alan's article,find out what he wants...
i met Alan Lewin before,he is a nice man...and he is a CIMA examiner before,therefore he prefer learn and apply practically,i don't mean u need to go to work then only you can answer,you shd learn what is the stuff and apply flexibly when u c the question,in another mean,don't give a textbook answer...
so don't tend to purely memorize only,after u study the note,u shd practice q and c how u can apply ur knowledge..

yeah no more presentation session adi.. now everything done in 1 day.. last time got 2 days(2 sessions)..

well yeah there's english test..

1st thing is essay writing, then it's IQ test then it's personality test.. in between the test got a partner talk bout PwC lor.. then after that we all wait for our interview.. the batch is very small only.. like 20+ only.. the HR manager said it's bcos she shortlisted a lot already n have it only in a day session..

my interview gone bad bcos i wasnt prepared for it bcos i tot it's only pre-q.. not interview yet.. i couldnt really answer the technical questions likestandards etc.. haha.. but i still made it.. yay!! i'm going to start april 3rd if my medical test went well..

i dun think so,
so far those private institute result is much more better than government institute

any reason for so ?
other than most of the time facility is broken , the lecturer is not motivate cause of lack of salary by gov , it is middle of no where lack of exposure , food over there usually take time to get used to , mostly are malay no mixing of race

not sure about that,but i personally think that lecturer play a important role

i wanna pursue CAT then ACCA in Kasturi ..
any comment of Kasturi?? is it good?

Bsides , i wanna ask that when u finish ACCA and come out working ..
will the company pick u based on ur college?

my friends keep asking me not to go Kasturi .. they said nvr heard this college b4 .. and said what cant get job after finish ACCA .. haiz = (

kasturi is quite popular among ACCA students as they have quite a few famous lecturers like andrew pang n alan yeo.. however, i must tell that if u r those kind of students who need lots of attention from lecturers, dont go to kasturi.. if u need only minimal attention, kasturi is not a bad place at all...

company wont pick u based on ur college if u r an ACCA student.. bcos this course is external not internal.. however, u do have to disclose where u took ur ACCA and they might ask.. dunno for what reason

most non-ACCA student will not know about Kasturi College.. bcos Kasturi r more on ACCA n CFA courses.. normal degree people will know nothing bout them.. please do not ask people who dont understand ACCA course to tell u which college to go..

i can tell u i studied at a lesser known institute than Kasturi, yet i'm already working.. so dun worry too much.. it's ur results and effort that matters more..

true,for an external course like ACCA,which college does not really that matter,normally,we follow the lecturers and not the college,as long as u can finish ur ACCA,don't worry too much about the job prospect,there sure be demand for an ACCA graduate in the market,so please ask those who know ACCA to advise you and not those who does not understand what ACCA is...

hey .. just started like 3rd april..and just finished my training today... now i'm waiting to get booked.. met a manager to discuss bout a possible job tho... n it requires travelling to east malaysia every now n then.. that's y she talked to us in advance to let us know bout the job.. now just wait for news lor..

i'm in PwC/Assurance/EUMI .. and there's plenty of sunway ACCA grad in my batch.. i think there r 4 of them..
