nex week will be second week of ACCA exams.

i heard 2007 ACCA for some new ammendments.

ANyone taking FMC 2.4 external?
my 3.2 n 3.4 will be starting in this coming december.OMg

there will a change to a new syllabus by dec 2007 sitting. so better pray to pass all papers by june 2007. if not, it's gonna be tough study everything new again!

btw, i don't take fmc external coz i got exemptions for part 1 & 2 just finished 3.1 and 3.2

nah.. if havent pass yet,u'll get relevant exemption for the paper u have pass.. so no worries there.. no need to retake everything

u got exemption bcos of u got degree or u from TAR?

btw,how do u find the 3.1 and 3.2 exam?? whihc 1 harder??..

before exam i tot 3.1 harder than 3.2... after exam.. my 3.1 got chance but my 3.2 is.. .. sure die..

my lecturer told us if can dun take 3.2 le... coz it is reli hard... not lik 2.3....
anyway, hope u can pass....

but 3.1 n 3.3 are even diff..so i choose 3.2 n 3.4 now

yah 3.4 the easiet among all.. but from what i know, the difficulty of the subject are ranked 3.1 followed by 3.2 then 3.3 ,then 3.4 LOL.. as i know lar.. seeing from the pass rate.. but for me.. i think 3.2 is harder than 3.1 .. bcos 3.1 have a few question u know what is going to come out.. Question 1 or 2(risk identifying),Question 3 (accounting standards complication), Question 4(audit report), Question 5 (ethics and quality control), Question 6 (will be relvent to the article in Student Accountant)...

3.2.. really difficult lar.. dunno where to start.. duno where to focus.. u have to know everything.. zzzzzzz

i hope i can pass my 3.2 also.. and 3.1 hahaha

if i'm not wrong, FMC=financial managment n control

of course i don't have to study everything again. what i mean is the papers that i haven't passed. there will be extra one paper in so-called 'core papers' to total of 4 papers, if i'm not wrong.

yea, i was from TAR. just finished my advance this year.

3.1 and 3.2 both also hard but compared to last dec 2004 sitting, this one is much easier. still not confident to pass both this is my second try ady.

yalor me also not confident... but at least got a bit of hope.. *prays hard*

anyway,one of the changes in ACCA 2007 is that IT related paper is removed (2.1 and 3.4).. 3.7 will be replacing 3.4 as optional while the new 3.7 will be related to professional ethics etc.. it's a whole new subject

3.2 is sad case la. My worst paper that I ever sat for. But well this year 3.4 suddenly they say very hard. My friend who sat for it said that it's even harder than 3.2.

r u sure? my coursemate told me that 3.4 for this sittting is much easier compare to last one. i don't whether if it's true but i know 3.2 this sitting concentrated on principles/concepts rather than calculations. the whole paper only 1/4 consists of calculations. the rest are essay type.hmm...trend has changed, i guess...
