Damn, so many bugs and errors for X1 3rd pt rom...

So i bet winmo 6.1 is still most stable rom for x1? Any other 3rd pt room more stable than that?

by the way, there's a solution provided by tweaking the registry to all 111111 if not mistaken... i lazy to try coz someone said it doesn't work 100%

Currently I am using Oobly's WM6.1 & Manila 2.5 ROM with the screen shots below...



Currently no bugs have been found so far... stil havent tested GPS...

but ringer works perfectly on SMS, Calls..

but importantly, it's really stable..

guys.. if both Valkyrie & Touch-IT 21887 is unstable..

maybe you can try Touch X link HERE..

it's 6.1 but it supports landscape with manila 2.1 .. btw, he's now cooking 6.5 though.. I heard many good comments about this ROM too from other forums..

am downloading now.. maybe once Oobly's ROM has any intolerance bug.. then i'l switch

Going back to 28008 TR & staying with it until a real stable WM 6.5 / 6.5.3 with Manila 2.5 that's fully stable or anything that has the lowest number of bugs.

I'm gonna miss Manila 2.5 for sure.
It's just so beautiful!

Agent is fixing the bugs which are present in the current build, should be releasing it tonight or tomorrow. Can't wait. Another bug that I noticed is that even after a new sms has been read, the sms icon in manila still displays a new sms unread. Kinda irritating for me.

Back with 28008 TR now.
Not going to flash my Xperia anymore until all the bugs in Valkyrie 5.4 / Touch-IT 21887 has been ironed out.

If not all bugs, at least the one that matters.

Major bugs are only present in the latest build.

28008 builds have almost unnoticeable bugs, even stock ROM has more bugs.

Finished flashing.
Valkyrie 28205 is okay, it's faster than Valkyrie 28014 for sure.

No bugs founds yet, will report after a few more tweak.

Positive:
* Power-off function is working perfectly.
* SMS & MMS client is back to the trustworthy Windows Mobile SMS & MMS client.
* Windows load at super fast speed.
* HTC Sense loads at considerable speed. Faster than Valkyrie 28014 Leo.
* Graphics is fast.
* Hardware & Software information is diplaying the correct information
* SMS received ringtone while phone is on standby mode is working perfectly.
* Call received ringtone while phone is on standby mode is working perfectly.
* Sending SMS & MMS is working perfectly, all SMS & MMS sent succesfully.
* Mapking 2007 "Tools" menu is showing the correct size. [Previously in Valkyrie 28014, the Tools menu is too big]

Neutral:
* Disconnecting from WiFi is still slow.
* Google Maps is still the old version 3.2.1

Negative:
* Nothing........yet.

Will update with more results later.

do we need to pay service / labour charges if we send our phone to claim warranty? like mine is keyboard crack?!

usually la.. service or labour charge no need to pay coz under warranty.. maybe they will charge for the keyboard.. but try to send to service centre.. see your luck la.. who knows u no need to pay anything.. eg like my bro laptop... send to service centre.. no chargers on labour or service coz under warranty... thats my oppinion la.. dunno correct or not..

Wait for the TT lah.

I've tried to arrange for a TT date, but no one seems to reply.

About the best, I won't say anything yet.
As I've yet to find any bugs in this ROM.

y charge me keyboard? i changing the keyboard casing cos crack...
i asked my the seller..he said under warranty need 2 weeks..but i dunno want to give back to my seller to claim / go to service centre?

If your unit is Thorus unit, send it directly to Thorus, why send to seller.
If send to seller, that means your phone will be on a lot of hands before it can reach Thorus.

yeah.. still using original lor.. dunno how to flash gaban.. .. wait fr u lor or TT lor...
