Erm even the X2 doesn't get support from XDA because it's not a HTC phone. X1 is one of those unique phones hahaha

The samsung omnia pro is a decent phone, coming from a X1, I really wouldn't advice you to go for the X2. Consider the TP2 or either wait for the omnia pro. Other wise youc an also wait for the upcoming HTC devices. Looks promising.

EXACTLY! I was so pissed about the keyboard problem! If only it didn't have the problem, I don't give a damn about the crack, I would be so happy as an X1 user!

I mean, how often do you see a phone that is basically HTC inside, but outside it's all the full glory of SE's awesome-sauce design? PLUS, let's not forget it's a phone that comes with a really nice full QWERTY hardware keyboard.

On paper, X1 is almost a dream come true, until....

Or X1, if you're a style freak like me. Polish your 'open-phone-and-clean-keyboard-skill' and do it when your keyboard acts up.

guys.. wanna ask.. what soft keyboard u guys are using arr?? I tried fingerkeyboard, touchpal and the one from blackstone.. all seemed hard to message.. ermm..

hmm, im using ezinput currently... mostly bcaz i lazy to install other keyboard. this ezinput is cooked in by agent47.

can type with 2 fingers little bit faster than fingerkeyboard. but if 1 finger typing i feel fingerkeyboard little bit faster.

i have yet to try Swype from samsung device..

hmmm... i cant successfully install ceStar for my phone its still viewing boxes..

wanna ask.. is ver28wm5 Rb3c version supports 6.5? Coz previously 6.1.. it worked but now.. it couldnt..

P.S: I'm using Touch-IT ROM, 21885.5.0.85

have you click the install icon located at start menu>cestar?

huh? hav to click one? coz i directly connected to my pc and install from there..

btw.. it can type but cannot view the characters :S

oo, last time i always use cab to install cestar. direct from pc not sure. btw, u can try other chinese font and SIP, i will upload it now n post the link later.

I found many sites to download cestar but all install directly from pc through WMDC...

actually Im not using cestar anymore. it was another chinese font. and the chinese input from cestar personally i think is suck.

im uploading another one for u, if u dun mind.

my speed is slow now, it might take sometimes to upload it. sorry.

1. install msjh.cab, soft reset
2. install plumSIP, soft reset
3. done

the way to use PlumSIP is different with cestar PINYIN. PlumSIP input is similar to the handphone keypad.

Where there is picture , music , phone , time , text , e-mail etc etc ...
