wHAT IS the different btw - valkyrie.ftp v5.0.28005-MAX and - valkyrie.ftp v5.2.21885 ???

without taking changes and fix by agent in account.

these two rom different is:

28005 is the newer wm6.5 build with start button at bottom, 21885 is the official wm6.5 build with start button on top.

I have exactly the same problem. very annoying that i didn't know when it turned off inside my pocket!!!
i got no choice to say bye bye to X1 although i quite love it b4 it gave me problem...
need to go back to cybershot phone!! less problem..

why not u download v5.2 28011? it is start on the bottom as well.

oh yeah, who's using touchpal? Coz i've seen my fren able to input chinese characters using touchpal...

Flash to the 5.0 also no chinese charater display on the songs .
Maybe it does not support ??? Anyway windows media display chinese charater. But not at the first/today screen.

My TCPMP player i notice it cant play .mp4 movies already.. any fixes for that? It plays but the video not smooth, sound ok, but video very lag..

Im not sure i remember correctly or not. But i do saw once it appear chinese chars on today screen. cant remember is on which rom.

btw, i saw jacklung's rom written is fully support chinese/japanese. Perhaps u can try it.

Yup , jackleung ROM had the chinese charaters on the today screen. Which chinese software is he using .
