i was a typical 4 digit salary person 4 years back, trying hard to save every penny. now, im financially free but still trying to hit 7 digit in epf (you don't have to believe my fairy tale story)

regardless of anything, the basic prudent saving, self learned financial knowledge, conviction, are all required.

I can't do 6 figure montly but I can do low 5 figure monthly. There is no such thing as no need to do anything.

Either you do business, rentals, trade Forex, stocks do options.

3 years+ ago, luno has that deposit x amount to get free btc. i love free stuff, did that, and never looked back. not here to promote anything but you do you. you need to find comfort in what you do.

I lost money during BTC crash on 2021. Then I lost again this year when BTC crash from 70k to 50k.

I shouldn't trust my friends too much keep brainwashing saying BTC will exceed 74k.

i have coins from 0.60 to 0.008 to 0.50 cent, you need conviction in any investments. i also have a few coins -99%. we learn as we make mistakes, im slowly getting there.

I am free cash flow investor. I make sure got money coming in like every week. The money coming in will be used to invest when there are opportunities (when market dip). If no opportunities, just continue to accumulate.

Now these coins are mostly gone or down -90% value from what I started buying it.

Yes, there are 2 license. Agent license and Agency license.

Agent are required to join agency to do proceed with any deals.
Meanwhile agency license has a limit of 50 peoples each agency.
Whoever wants to operate an agency but without the license can choose either partnering up with license holder or rent their license.

Market price for license rental is myr4500/month.
Of coz if manage sendiri is even much more, but no need hassle loh
