must be expensive? do you religiously hit ur protein intake daily?
As you go, you'll know if you're eating more or less. I don't really count what I eat.

Humm I dun think so Im "very badly mistaken" Im very sure I read an article at bb.com or t-nation, simplyshredded about it, and no Im no mistaken the pump which is merely increased blood flows as growth mr knowitall its the same misconception that overtraining is bad bad bad whilst u can overtrain if you couldnt train next week etc I know without proof as in articles its not convincing typically but if I can find it Ill post it here...
Oh and even if I couldnt find the article. Ask yourself what is growth? Whats required for muscle to grow?
Stimulus - exercise is needed to make the muscles work, use energy and cause microscopic damage to the fibers.<< this happen in gym my friendĀ
Nutrition - after intense exercise the muscles need to replenish their stores of fuel.
Rest - it is during the rest or recovery phase that the muscles repair the microscopic damage and grow.
I'm confused, you said muscle growth happens in the gym during training, 3 of us here said you are wrong, then you said you are right, then you said and bolded the word stimulus which causes microscopic damage to muscles, then you said rest is when the muscles grow....uh, I think you are contradicting yourself here. I am not a pro BBer but based on my knowledge and experience in training, I am confident to say that you are absolutely wrong.
Anyway, it's not important whether you grow inside or outside the gym, what matters is results. Who cares where you grow and what you do when a BB competitor is on the stage? I'm just trying to correct you by teaching you something and this is your attitude with your reply, so be it.
Bodybuilding isn't rocket science, just common sense. So I give a f*** about your references/articles for proof, because you won't find any saying muscle grows in the gym. If you still want to prove you are right, show me your training results.
So yeah
