Lemon

I have used Clearstart 30 by UNICITY.
It's actually comprise of 3 elements of detoxing:

1. Nature's Tea - this is the tea which flushes out all the toxic from our body.

2. Lifibre - fibre to brush the harden wastes on our intestines and colons

3. Paraway Plus - remove parasites from our body system.

I think it's unfair to labelized Unicity products saying that it's not worth the money and health. Unicity uses MLM business model to run their business, but that doesn't mean the products are not good. So please do your research properly before making such claims.

I personally used the Clearstart 30 detox every 6 months and it worked for me. So here I am sharing my experience.

You can just buy psyllium husk and drink it. It's cheap.

Black walnut, pumpkin seeds. Nothing spectacular. Just buy black walnut extract and eat pumpkin seed.

I can't find the ingredients for it but I can bet no tra can beat the power of Japanese green tea/white tea with lemon.

Clearway only last 30 days. How much do you pay for it? I can make the same thing which can last at least 3 months with that price. Now you tell me about not making research.

I make my own research based on journals and buy them myself instead of relying on MLM companies. Already save more 200% since buying myself. If you want to continue giving them free money, be my guest.

No problem. I always tell people to not rely on MLM/direct sales company because these companies their first priority is profit.

It's over generalising, I have used Unicity detox plan and body overhauling program for 30 days and it did help me solve my gastritis issue, irritable bowel syndrome and acid reflux problem. I did go to see a specialist at one of the respected private hospitals in KL for the above problem (before using Unicity product) and he advised me to just go off rice.

What made me attracted to Unicity was their satisfaction guarantee, if it doesn't work for you, you could ask for a refund.

That said, some people have the time to experiment and find what works for them, others prefer to just buy something off the shelve, that has been tried, tested and proven; to get the results immediately. It depends on the person and everyone have a choice, no right or wrong.

Talking about MLM/direct sales, You deal with the distributor from MLM/direct sales, not the company. So, the problem is on the distributor him/herself.
One can tell you the slimming products can help you reduce 10kg in 5 days, but it may not be the real case.
It's just like you walk into a pharmacy, the pharmacist is eager to sell off the highest profit products and exaggerate the benefits.
The same case here, you are dealing with the pharmacist, not the product's company.
To toot one's own horn, it goes down to ethic of a person/seller.
Never just listen blindly, you can do your own research just like you going to buy something.

Not really. I recommend those people the product name. Up to them want to buy from me or buy themselves directly.
All MLM/direct sales whether you buy directly from the company or the distributor are overpriced. How I know? I was ex Cosway customer. Got it straight from the source.
Then I compared Elken/Amway (website price) vs straight from US, found that it's cheaper to buy myself than relying on those companies.

Even by buying from me, my customers already save at least 100% than buying from Cosway/Elken/Amway.

Agreed. One should research before buying.

How do you compare website price and straight from US?
There is so called member price & retailing price (non member price), in MLM/direct sales if you were not a member of course the price is different.
For amway, if you are not member, what you saw is retailing price.
When you buy from MLM/direct sales, you are only dealing with distributors (not to say e-cosway business startup as it require you as stockist, you can get far better price than member price).

Eg. Cosway NN Spirulina/Elken Spirulina/Amway Multivitamin

Did you know that Cosway uses the same spirulina from Parry Nutraceuticals (from India)? NOW is the cheapest company which uses Parry Nutraceuticals spirulina. Same product, different price. Just search online at Amazon and you can see the price difference. Now, you will be saying what about shipping? You can use direct freight forwarders and still save compare if buy directly from Cosway/Amway/Elken. Alternatively can buy online from online shops.. I myself save min 200% by not buying from Cosway. I use to take the NOW brand then I switch. (I don't recommend taking the Parry Nutraceuticals spirulina)

For Amway multivitamin, just check with other good brand like Life Extension/Pure Essence (these 2 are way superior). Repeat the above. How much can you get discount? RM10-20 by being member? Even with that tiny saving, buying straight from US yourself is way cheaper.

Another example. Fish oil. Eg. Amway Salmon Oil. 120 softgels which contain 180 mg of EPA and 120 mg of DHA. For that same price you pay if you are member, one can get better quality and higher concentration from Carlson Elite Gems 240 softgels. Don't believe me? Let's bet. The omega 3 from carlson are at least twice Amway at 400mg of EPA and 300mg of DHA. It cost about RM260 (after shipping). Compare that with how much Amway is selling.

Then there's question about quality. No fish oil in Malaysia are certified to be clean from pollutants/fresh (not rancid) and meet the min amount as stated on their labels. Certain US fish oils are certified by International Fish Oil Standards (IFOS). For me personally, I only take fish oil certified by IFOS. The IFOS Program is the only third party testing and certification program for fish oils. IFOS sets the world's highest standards for purity, potency and freshness. If a certain product did not meet that standard it's unsafe to consume.

You want more proof? Just get me Amway's member price and I will get you an equivalent product at cheaper price.

I already save >RM3k by opting not to be Cosway member anymore.

Was using Parry. Then I found Nutrex Hawaii (more info can be found here). Stuck with Nutrex ever since. Reason for switching:
- Nutrex uses 2000ft deep ocean water which enrich it with trace minerals (something which no spirulina producer in the world does)
- Nutrex spirulina is dried using the same deep ocean water in seconds without heat.
- Nutrex package their product in dark air tight bottles (which I must say is excellent to protect the product)
- Nutrex is located in the US where quality control is stricter compare to in India (same reason I avoid Taiwan, China spirulina). You do not know how their quality control are. For Nutrex, I asked for Certificate of Analysis (CoA) for heavy metals, chemicals, bacterial contamination and they gave me a copy of 3rd party lab CoA of their spirulina.
For me, getting the CoA of a product is very important before consuming as I am taking it into my body. If the manufacturer will not give me a CoA, I will look elsewhere. By giving me the CoA, it means they have nothing to hide.
- Smell. Parry one smelt not as good as Nutrex while Nutrex smell kind of "fresh".
