No problem. I always tell people to not rely on MLM/direct sales company because these companies their first priority is profit.
*
Doesn't you selling supplements also looking for profit? biggrin.gif
Talking about MLM/direct sales, You deal with the distributor from MLM/direct sales, not the company. So, the problem is on the distributor him/herself.
One can tell you the slimming products can help you reduce 10kg in 5 days, but it may not be the real case.
It's just like you walk into a pharmacy, the pharmacist is eager to sell off the highest profit products and exaggerate the benefits.
The same case here, you are dealing with the pharmacist, not the product's company.
To toot one's own horn, it goes down to ethic of a person/seller.
Never just listen blindly, you can do your own research just like you going to buy something.

Not really. I recommend those people the product name. Up to them want to buy from me or buy themselves directly.
All MLM/direct sales whether you buy directly from the company or the distributor are overpriced. How I know? I was ex Cosway customer. Got it straight from the source.
Then I compared Elken/Amway (website price) vs straight from US, found that it's cheaper to buy myself than relying on those companies.

Even by buying from me, my customers already save at least 100% than buying from Cosway/Elken/Amway.

Agreed. One should research before buying.

How do you compare website price and straight from US?
There is so called member price & retailing price (non member price), in MLM/direct sales if you were not a member of course the price is different.
For amway, if you are not member, what you saw is retailing price.
When you buy from MLM/direct sales, you are only dealing with distributors (not to say e-cosway business startup as it require you as stockist, you can get far better price than member price).

Eg. Cosway NN Spirulina/Elken Spirulina/Amway Multivitamin

Did you know that Cosway uses the same spirulina from Parry Nutraceuticals (from India)? NOW is the cheapest company which uses Parry Nutraceuticals spirulina. Same product, different price. Just search online at Amazon and you can see the price difference. Now, you will be saying what about shipping? You can use direct freight forwarders and still save compare if buy directly from Cosway/Amway/Elken. Alternatively can buy online from online shops.. I myself save min 200% by not buying from Cosway. I use to take the NOW brand then I switch.  (I don't recommend taking the Parry Nutraceuticals spirulina)

For Amway multivitamin, just check with other good brand like Life Extension/Pure Essence (these 2 are way superior). Repeat the above. How much can you get discount? RM10-20 by being member? Even with that tiny saving, buying straight from US yourself is way cheaper.

Another example. Fish oil. Eg. Amway Salmon Oil. 120 softgels which contain 180 mg of EPA and 120 mg of DHA. For that same price you pay if you are member, one can get better quality and higher concentration from Carlson Elite Gems 240 softgels. Don't believe me? Let's bet. The omega 3 from carlson are at least twice Amway at 400mg of EPA and 300mg of DHA. It cost about RM260 (after shipping). Compare that with how much Amway is selling.

Then there's question about quality. No fish oil in Malaysia are certified to be clean from pollutants/fresh (not rancid) and meet the min amount as stated on their labels. Certain US fish oils are certified by International Fish Oil Standards (IFOS). For me personally, I only take fish oil certified by IFOS. The IFOS Program is the only third party testing and certification program for fish oils. IFOS sets the world's highest standards for purity, potency and freshness. If a certain product did not meet that standard it's unsafe to consume.

You want more proof? Just get me Amway's member price and I will get you an equivalent product at cheaper price.

I already save >RM3k by opting not to be Cosway member anymore.

Yes for Cosway or Elken or any brands that don't have their own production.
Nutrilite utilize their own farm & production, not by supplier which are ready made.
Talking about Amazon, why Amazon? We have Lelong.com and mudah.com biggrin.gif But then can you trust on what the contents are?
Have you seen counterfeit Blackmores before? It's 40% cheaper rclxms.gif
Honest speaking, there are only few possible reasons for cheap price:
1) almost expired
2) expired
3) doing charity
4) you are able to get the cost price direct from production rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

For Amway retailing price & member price, it's way above RM10-20 sorry to tell that.

If you want price/quantity you can get way cheaper brands just by visiting any local pharmacy, Blackmores is already cheaper than a lot of brands.
Cheap is not always the best but then, expensive is not always the best too, get know more about the products and compare it to take what suite you most.

Great that you can provide the most cheapest price from all brands rclxms.gif rclxms.gif
Btw, how much you can get for Nutrilite 120 tabs Bio C??

No hurries. A perfect example is shown below.
Why amazon? Because there you will get honest customer review where they will compare other products. Items sold on lelong. mudah are not even worth looking at. All selling same stuff as those sold by Malaysian pharmacy. You can't even see the full list of ingredients on Malaysian online store. Yup. That's why you get the CoA, look at official company label to check out what's inside (in US, there's a law that the manufacturer must list out what he put inside. Cannot hide. If hide and found out, can kena sue. Don't need to list until exact mg just the contents).

Honestly, I don't take blackmoore anymore. There's so much better brand than Blackmore (Healthy Origins, Nutrex Hawaiian, Carlson, Nordic Naturals, etc)

Those products I get are genuine and expired min 2-3 years from purchase  biggrin.gif  rclxms.gif
US stores buy in bulk so they are practically half price than what's sold by the official manufacturer. Supplements in the US are cheap compare to Malaysia.

You sound like Amway agent.  hmm.gif

I told you I don't sell Amway. You can check review on Amazon and see what people think of Amway.

Nutrilite 120 tabs Bio C. Ingredients
Vitamin C ( from ascorbic acid & Acerola Cherry Concentrate) 500mg
Acerola Cherry Concentrate (Acerola Cherry extract,[Malpighia emarginate L.(fruit ),maltodextrin, silicon dioxide] ?mg
Citrus multiflavonoid complex ( grape fruit, mandarin, Lemon) [ fruit & Peel ] ? mg
Cheapest I saw RM130

Have your pick
(i) Now C-500 complex 500mg/tablet 250 tablets = RM78
Ingredients:
Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) 500 mg
Citrus bioflavonoids Complex 100 mg
Acerola powder (Malpighia punicifolia) (Fruit) 100 mg
Rose hips powder (Rosa canina) (Fruit) 100 mg
Rutin powder (Sophora japonica) (Flower Bud) 10mg

(ii) Natural Factors time released vitamin C 1000mg/tablet  180 tablets = RM91
Ingredients:
Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid) 1000 mg
Citrus bioflavonoids extract 4:1 from 200 mg of citrus fruits = 50 mg
Hesperidin extract 4:1 from 100 mg of orange = 25mg

(iii) Ester-C 500mg/tablet 450 tablets = RM165
Ingredients:
Vitamin C (Ester-C Calcium Ascorbate) 500mg
Calcium (Ester-C Calcium Ascorbate) 55mg
Citrus bioflavonoids complex 200mg
Citrus bioflavonoids
+ Acerola, Rutin, Hesperidin complex, natural vitamin C metabolites

(iv) Now C-1000 BUffered + sustain release complex 1000mg/tablet 180 tablets = RM112
Ingredients:
Vitamin C (Calcium Ascorbate) 1000mg
Calcium (Calcium Ascorbate) 110mg
Citrus bioflavonoid complex 250mg
Acerola powder (Malpighia punicifolia) 50mg
Rutin Powder (Sophora japonica) 50 mg

Option (iii) and (iv) provide non acidic vitamin C. Now tell me again whether Amway is cheaper or more expensive. Even if it's selling at RM100, it's still expensive for a bottle.  biggrin.gif  rclxms.gif

For me, I personally won't buy vitamin C supplements. Why? Better option exist such as lime, lemon, roselle. Why waste money on vitamin C supplement? There are other better stuff than vitamin C for immune/antioxidant.

Now C
Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
https://www.nowfoods.com/supplements/vitami...complex-tablets hmm.gif

Natural Factors time released vitamin C 1000mg
This is the only looks promising rclxms.gif

Yes, i would have agree with you, Blackmores still make supplements with artificial stuff.

I am not an agent, agent represent the company.
I am independent distributor which does not represent any company.
